Eligibility for UPSC CSE

  • Nationality: A citizen of India
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate (A degree from central, state or deemed university)
  • Age limit: 21 years to 32 years
    • OBC: 35 years
    • SC & ST: 37 years
    • Defence Services Personnel: 40 years
    • Economic Weaker Section (EWS): Standard age limit / No exception in age limit.

    • General / Unreserved: 06
    • OBC: 09
    • SC / ST: Unlimited till 37 years of age
