Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET)

Introduction:

The GUJCET (Gujarat Common Entrance Test) is organized by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB), Education Department and Government of Gujarat will conduct the Gujarat Common Entrance Test for those candidates who want to take admission and get the seat into various medical courses in the state of Gujarat in the best Medical colleges the students all are preferred to write the GUJCET examination. So aspirants or students will take admission into various courses like MBBS, Physiotherapy, BDS, Ayurveda, Nursing, Homeopathy, Optometry etc. the students who get the best score in the GUJCET they will get the admission in the various government and private colleges in the state of Gujarat in their suitable courses.

  • GUJCET is conducted in three Languages: English, Hindi & Gujarati. 
  • GUJCET Entrance has 4 Papers: Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination Science Stream Conducted by the Gujarat Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar / Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi / Council for the Indian School certificate Examination, New Delhi or the candidates who have filled din application form for appearing & Eligible for appearing in the examination of Std. XII Science Stream / candidates going to candidates has filled in application form for Common Entrance Test.

Mode of payment: Deposit the fee through DD in the name of “Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell, Gandhinagar” payable at Ahmedabad.

Exam Pattern & Syllabus:

  • Gujarat Common Entrance Test, there shall be multiple choice question papers of the following subjects and the number of questions, marks and time shall be as mentioned against them
    • Subject Name Total Time-120 minutes for both
      • Physics:  40 Questions – 40 Marks
      • Chemistry:  40 Questions – 40 Marks
    • Subject Name Total Time-120 minutes for each subject
      • Biology: 40 Questions – 40 Marks
      • Mathematics 40 Questions – 40 Marks
